Index and search your personal PDF files on every platform.
CIndex handles file content indexing and search in a consistent manner. It is a desktop application that indexes a directory in which it is stored. The index is stored together with the files.
This means you can consistently manage your files across Linux, macOS and Windows, whether they are stored on Google Drive, USB Flash Drives, network filesystems, or your local filesystems.
CIndex is motivated by an inconsistency in searching files across systems and their locations. Windows filesystem search would work in some cases, whereas Google Drive work in others, and mac/Linux behave entirely differently.
